User Agreement for FLoF Inc.
Welcome to FLoF Inc., the peer-to-peer mobile app connecting Foodie users with talented chefs in their neighbourhood! By using this app, you agree to the following User Agreement and Code of Conduct:
1. Account Registration
You must create an account to access FLoF Inc. and use its services.
By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your contact details and payment information.
2. Food Orders and Bidding
Foodie users can submit food orders on the FLoF app, and chefs can bid on these orders by proposing their menus, prices, and delivery options.
Foodies can review these bids and select a chef to fulfil their order.
The selected chef is expected to prepare the food based on the order details.
3. Food Preparation and Delivery
Selected chefs will prepare the food according to the agreed-upon menu and details, and then arrange for pickup or delivery as stated in the bid.
Foodies are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Responsible for communicating any dietary restrictions when ordering via the app.
Chefs are responsible for following all dietary restrictions as outlined by the Foodie.
Chefs are responsible for ensuring their kitchen or cooking environment are up to standards and past all food handling and preparation processes and regulations.
4. Payment Processing
Payments for orders placed through the FLoF app will be processed securely. Foodies agree to pay for the orders they place, and chefs will receive payment for the orders they fulfil, minus any applicable fees.
5. Feedback and Reviews
After receiving an order, Foodies can provide feedback and reviews on the food quality and service. Constructive feedback is encouraged to help chefs improve their offerings.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes between Foodies and chefs, FLoF Inc. will mediate and work towards a fair resolution for both parties involved.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use the FLoF app responsibly and respectfully, treating other users with courtesy and refraining from any behaviour that is inappropriate, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
